The two minute intro
The short first-contact video that goes to marketplace leads and inbox enquiries. A real one, start to finish, so you can see the structure rather than read about it.
OpenContractor portal
Tell me who you are and the free shelf opens straight away. No password, no drip sequence, no sales call unless you ask for one. The client shelves stay locked until you start the program.
Signed in as there at your company. The free shelf is open below.
Free shelf
Proof, not product. These are the things I would show you on a call anyway.

OpenTemplates
One for a solar enquiry, one for storage, both built around a tracked video. Copy, drop your own video in, send. The other three in the set are inside the program.
OpenWorksheet
The blank sheet we fill in before anything changes. Lead to appointment, appointment to signed, days to signature, discount per deal.
OpenReference
All four weeks and every one of the eighteen phases, so you know the shape of what we cover. The session-by-session material opens the day you start.
OpenBefore you sign
The contract itself, in plain language. Four pages. Refund window, the day-90 coaching commitment, territory exclusivity, what happens to your data and what you keep. Read it before you talk to me, not after.
OpenClient shelves
Left visible on purpose. You should be able to see the shape of what you are buying.
The method
Seven pages. Every phase broken out session by session: the recording setup down to camera height and lighting, the screen-share protocol, the drip timings, the lead scoring method. This is the thing you are buying.
Week 1 to 4
Every live session recorded, indexed by phase, with the worksheets and the checklists used in each one.
Campaigns
The full set, built for marketplace leads and for a cold CRM list. Copy, timing, and the branching by signal.
Ready to send
One for a new solar enquiry, one for storage. Load them into your own account so every send reports back. Use them while you build your own, not instead of it.
CRM
The follow-up sequences and the CRM wiring, mapped for the platforms solar companies actually run.
Signal
What each watch percentage, replay and click actually triggers, who it goes to, and what they say when they call.
Assets
The deadline assets, the digital real estate, and the two minute intro arsenal from week four.
Per rep
Weekly reporting per rep out of your video platform, against the baseline you wrote down in week zero.
How to Win in 2027
Two sessions a week, two hours each, across four weeks. Owners in the room for weeks 1 and 4. One solar company per state, held for twelve months.
Payment one, at signing
$2,500
Training starts once it is received
Payment two
$2,500
Day 15 of the engagement
Two sessions in, you can walk. Sit through the first two. Email me before the third to say you do not believe this will work for your team, and I refund the first $2,500 in full and the second never comes due. Refunds go out within 14 days.
And if it does not move, I keep going. If none of your close rate, proposals-per-close or days-to-signature has improved by day 90 against your recorded baseline, I keep coaching your reps at no charge until at least one of them has, for up to six months. That holds where your team attended at least seven of the eight sessions with ownership present for weeks 1 and 4, each rep sent at least fifteen video proposals in the ninety days, and you gave me the baseline before we started. I can teach a rep to do this. I cannot open the software for him.
Your homeowners' data never leaves your CRM. Where we review lead data in training, names, street addresses, phone numbers and emails are stripped first. Behavioural columns are enough to score a pipeline. Your pricing, close rates and pipeline figures stay confidential and are never used in my marketing without your written consent.
